Custom or special-order items, firearms, and items that cannot legally be returned under state or federal law are not eligible for return unless defective.
Note: Some precision items (custom builds, special calibers, engraved products) may be final sale. Always check the product description for any “final sale” notices before purchase.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Squaw Mountain Precision is not responsible for delays caused by:

5. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to federal, state, or local regulations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product can be legally shipped to their address.

Orders placed in violation of shipping restrictions may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
6. Address Accuracy

Squaw Mountain Precision is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to address errors.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Squaw Mountain Precision is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We may assist with filing a carrier claim, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
9. Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is handed off to the carrier.
