Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns of most unused physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

You must have a proof of purchase or order number.

Custom or special-order items, firearms, and items that cannot legally be returned under state or federal law are not eligible for return unless defective.
Note: Some precision items (custom builds, special calibers, engraved products) may be final sale. Always check the product description for any “final sale” notices before purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Contact our support team at support@squawmountainprecision.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and mailing instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it with a trackable method.

Returns without an RA may be refused.
Please note:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to show on your statement
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
If you’d prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund:

Let us know when you initiate your return.

Store credit may be issued at the refund amount and applied toward future purchases.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery:

Email support@squawmountainprecision.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We may require photo evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return/refund:

Custom-built items and engraved products

Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”

Products damaged from misuse, modification, or improper installation
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect legal requirements or business changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes occur.
